Meh, the promo page I was going to link you to for the free download now demands an email address. It didn't use to. Alright, try RCRDLBL.

Throwback synth tones like 70s Cluster or last year's Subway album ride on a tinny little beat before things suddenly kick in with a bit more of a techno sound. If you know Holden then you know where it's going, but it's got a light touch to it. Mostly. Some growling distortion and his usual bent pitches. (The kind of thing that gad-fly Caribou's been jacking in the last year or two.)

I've enthused about Mr James Holden good and plenty over the past while, as well as Stuart and I playing tracks from his 'The Idiots Are Winning' on our Malty Media radio show. He's from Australia, but resident in the UK for quite some time I think.
