Well as you can hear from the streamer this is pretty straight up indie gear, especially compared to anything I've posted recently. It's one of those tracks that seems both driving and laidback. Most of the music thumps out a fast, completely regular rhythm - the pulse of the drums, the two-finger octave-spanning piano, the classic indie rhythm guitar part - but the vocals are soft and slow and there's a certain amount of stasis in the insistent riffing following the same progression throughout the whole song.

Drivan is a four-piece band based in Sweden, the most famous member of which is a Norwegian, Kim Hiørthoy.  His first album was fantastic plus I love the artwork he's done for Smalltown Supersound and ECM's oddball offshoot Rune Grammofon.

Hmm, this was mis-named Kampa, which is why the post says that... glad the label tidied that up.
